Pizza

I was visiting the Village at Northstar in Truckee (North Lake Tahoe) and as I walked by Rubicon Pizza Company, it smelled so good!  Unfortunately, we weren't hungry at that time.  A few days later, we ordered the Thai Red Chicken Curry Pizza to go.  It was the most amazing pizza!  So incredibly flavorful!  I loved the sauce and the tiger prawns.  This is my new favorite pizza ever!  The pizza has "sweet curry sauce topped with crisp yellow bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, red onion and mascarpone cheese topped with fresh lime, basil and cilantro."&nbs

I was looking for some new place to eat thats close to work and i found Frankie’s Italian Deli. They got this lunch special from 11am to 3pm that combos their sandwiches, pizzas, and salads. I decided to try out the meatball sandwich and salad combo ($6.50).

French bread sandwich that is lightly toasted with sesame seeds. Contents include warm spaghetti sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and large meatballs. yummy! It was especially good when i sprinkled some red crushed peppers over the cheese. its like eating a pizza sandwich, but not…

Steamers is practically on the beach. Enjoy a nice view while enjoying your pizza with indoor or outdoor seating.

Garlic Chips ($9.45) – small thin crust pizza with mozzarella cheese and garlic. This smells so good! It also tastes good.

Koloa is a very small town and there are limited food options. Pizza sounded good though, so we decided to have dinner here.

Barbeque Chicken Pizza ($18.95 Medium) - Homemade BBQ sauce with fresh papaya and red onions. I was not impressed with the size of this pizza. It was a small. But, it was a tasty pizza. The sauce was a little tangy and the crust was in-between a regular crust and a thin crust.
