Event Name: San Diego Sustainable Seafood Week

Each year, the San Diego Oceans Foundation (SDOF) seeks to host this event at a unique location, with attractions and music, a cocktail hour and a sumptuous dinner. Unlike most seated dinners, our guests roam to several different celebrity chef stations where they interact with the chefs, learn about the protein and understand its role in sustainability. The evening is filled with entertainments of all sorts and is always fun and enjoyable, never “stuffy” or dull!

Cohn Restaurant Group is holding their 2013 anniversary week from Jan 2 - Jan 8, 2013. This is one event we try to make it out to each year because it's a super deal for delicious food!

Taste of North Park 2012 will be here before you know it! Last year we went to the event and discovered a few new places to add to our list of good eats. This year we are excited to participate again and have invited plenty of friends to join us.

The Spirits of Mexico Festival, North America’s largest and most prestigious tasting event for agave spirits, is returning to Old Town San Diego for its ninth year Sept. 9 – 16. It will be jam-packed with tasting receptions featuring more than 70 brands and over 200 varietals of rare and expensive tequilas, cocktail challenges, educational seminars led by master distillers, a comprehensive tasting competition and resultant awards ceremony, as well as plenty of authentic Mexican cuisine and entertainment including mariachis, live bands and stilt walkers.

It's time for the second San Diego Restaurant Week of 2012! Over 180 restaurants are participating! Check out your favorite restaurants or try something new! The prix fixe lunches are either $10, $15, or $20 and the prix fixe dinners are either $20, $30, or $40!

San Diego Restaurant Week begins on September 16 and ends September 21! Book early because the restaurant reservations may fill up quickly!
