Brodard (Nem Nuong) Restaurant

Hey, there! I've been busy with work and life, but I wanted to share some great things to eat!

Here's the short of it:  Brodard is known for their Nem Nuong Cuon ($6 for 4 pork spring rolls) and I like their Chao Tom Cuon ($8 for 4 shrimp spring rolls) - grilled pork sausage or "grilled shrimp paste wrapped in rice paper with lettuce, carrot, daikon, mint & cucumber served with special house sauce."  What makes the rolls stand out from other spring rolls is the crunch from what appears to be fried egg roll wrappers.  Delish!  The sauce is also really good. I can drink spoonfuls by itself!
