Nog-asaki Martini

RA Sushi has come out with a great holiday cocktail, The Nog-asaki Martini... It’s a fresh combination of rum, vodka, and eggnog! Definitely not your grandma’s eggnog! It is available for $7 through the holidays.

Nog-asaki Martini
1.25 oz Captain Morgan
.75 oz Vodka
2.5 oz Eggnog
.5 oz Infused Simple Syrup
Add ingredients in a mixing tin. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and dust with nutmeg.

Infused Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
5 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
¼ tsp nutmeg
Dime size piece of ginger
Simmer over low heat until sugar dissolves. Continue simmering for 15 minutes. Take off heat and strain through coffee filter to rid sediment. Bottle in squirt container and refrigerate.
