A mulita is like a "taco sandwich" for lack of a better phrase. It's usually made with the smaller corn tortillas used for the mini tacos, according to my Mexican friends. It's not the same as a quesadilla, which is usually a flour tortilla and bigger and normally doesn't have meat in it like a mulita does.
