- How do I sign up? You can register here.
- What type of Memberhips are there? Subscriber, Author, Editor, Contributor, and Adminstrator.
- What restaurants can be reviewed? Any restaurant except Large Chains and Franchises.
- How do I write a post? Subscribers can only comment. You have to be an Author to post. To post, Login and click on the “Site Admin” link on the menubar at the top of the webpage.
- What are the rules to posting? Scroll down to the “Posting a Review” section.
- How do I upload an image? Host your pictures on http://www.imageshack.us/
- What are the Photo standards? 350 to 500 px width at 72dpi is fine.
General Rules
- Please conduct yourself accordingly. No flaming, spamming, or whatnot.
- Fully cook chicken before eating it.
- These rules and anything on this page are subject to change. Be prepared!
Membership
Anybody is free to subscribe to our group. But to be considered for Staff membership, the following steps must be completed.
- Current Subsriber.
- Actively comment on reviews.
- Own or have access to a digital camera.
- Dine out at least once a week.
- Rub your tummy and say oh-so yummy!
Posting a Review (Food)
Must include:
- Restaurant name, address and photo
- Name and photos of appetizers, entrees, desserts, coctails, etc.
- Overall rating on Taste (10 points), Presentation (5 points), and Service (5 points). Environment can replace presentation or service
A Maximum of 20 points possible.
Posting a Review (Drinks, Smoothies, Cocktails, etc)
- Same rules like the food reviews except the only category is taste (10 points). Presentation is mentionable though.
Reviewer of the Month
- Every month, the administrators will choose one reviewer in our site to be the reviewer of the month. And we will send this person to review a restaurant of his or her choice. Paid for by us.
- Requirements:
- Review at least once a week.
- Comments on others’ posts.
- Takes acceptable photographs of their meals.
- Writes great reviews!
